MyVauxhall App Issues
I have had my new Astra 1.2 ultimate for 2 days short of 3 weeks. I got the Vauxhall connect plus on 6 months trial. Downloaded app for first 3 days app saying my services in progress. Then I get message now active, but still cannot get live traffic updates or safety cameras to show on map, I have contacted connect customer services who say the problem has been upgraded to technical support but ten days on still not working after umpteen phone calls sending of screen shots very frustrating. Car has built in WiFi don’t think this is connected properly.
