That's a pity it's been such a disappointing experience. Do you get a partial rebate for the AP already paid or is that gone? The Austral is a very nice car from what I've seen online and in the press. Never seen one in real life yet

Yeah got all my payment back, it's a shame it's come to this as i was enjoying the car. Looking forward to the Austral, was lovely when i took it for a test drive plus a friend works at the dealership so i know i'll be getting looked after.

FWIW, my car picked up another update today, and as usual it was "install today or else you'll never be able to get it again!!!" - or words to that effect.

It only took a couple of minutes to install and the version remains at 20.80.20, so not sure what it actually did! I wish there was a changelog, I really do.

And they've put off fitting the new parts for a week for whatever reason.

Considering my car has taken a space up for 4 months you'd think they would want it gone ASAP.

You'd think that alright.
Got that update as well and wish there was a changelog but I thought it looked like it was something in a foreign language

Surprise surprise they've put off fitting the parts for another week. Honestly this dealership is just the worst.

Really don't know what this dealership is doing. Got a phone call from them this morning "It will be fixed either Monday or Tuesday". Motability contacted me to say they've spoken to them and were told it's going to be repaired today. Then when i check the tracker it says "Work scheduled for Thursday 23rd".

They've had the parts now for 3 weeks and it's coming upto 5 months since it went in for repair.

Going in this week and i'm not leaving until i get answers. I lose my courtesy car in 2 weeks time as Motability only provide 3 months support, so this needs sorting.
